Loneliness is not good, I agree strongly. But you see, there are times when you have to be alone. Alone with your feelings. Alone with your thoughts. Alone with yourself. This is healthy practice and I encourage it. You can’t tap into your deepest potentials by constantly being in a crowd. And oh, sometimes this crowd can be just one extra person. You can’t clear your head, chart new courses and claim new territories in a crowd either. Yes, the idea may drop while in a crowd, but if you’re going to plot an execution plan, then that has to be in your moments of solitude. Long story short, learn to be comfortable in your own company!
