Good health is underrated seriously. Have you ever been so sick at night that you wonder if you’re gonna make it to the next morning? Seriously I wonder why people get so sick at night? As in I mean medically proven reason o because I know that the other reason is because that’s when village people tend to gather on your matter.
So I recently read an article that said the body tends to do shutdown maintenance at night while you’re supposedly resting. Everything at that point is supposed to settle down for the townhall meeting. So when one member is complaining that it can’t come for the meeting, everyone has to gather at its location for the meeting instead. And because all the organs are now gathering in that location other than the usual location which most likely is the head, for this townhall meeting you’re likely to feel effects of all the pressure and inconsistencies there.
But thank God that we usually survive. I know this because atleast I’m certain you’re not a ghost reading this post. And in the mornings when the meeting is over, everyone resumes back at their locations for normal duties and suddenly you feel relieved. Coincidentally too, village people would have closed at that time and are also making their way back before daybreak jam them for road. Hehehe.
Don’t take this analogy to the hospital though, because if the medical practitioner has a sick sense of humour like the ones I have around me, they’ll be bent over in laughter you’ll probably wonder if you’ve gone nuts. Or you’ll just join them in laughing like I always do. It’s a rule in my kingdom sha, nobody outlaughs me especially in my own foolishness. Before you even start laughing at me, me I’m already on it. In fact, I’ll be welcome you to the party like : welcome to the party, grab a seat, you’re late! That’s how to take a jab without feeling offended anyways. You should try this method if you’re not already using it. Have a robust sense of humour. Life is too serious already.
But if you insist you must ask your doctor, tell him to explain circadian rhythm to you.
